Kiri Jane Fellenbaum - Week 25

Kiri and her parents have been pretty busy lately...been hard to blog about everything going on. This girl is almost 6 months old, growing fast, and trying really hard to talk and walk. Not really close yet, but she's trying!!

However, she IS sitting up a lot:

She visited Daddy at UT to help with his conducting class:

She's been spending a lot of time with her buddies Pirate and Scherzo:

She's also learning how to pick things up and eat them...almost :-)

And she's developing her sense of humor:

Kiri Jane Fellenbaum - Week 24

Kiri's week started with a Dinner Party at her Godparents:

Daddy explained the joke. Wasn't funny.

Kiri's week ended with her Baptism at St. John's Cathedral in Knoxville.

During the baptism, which was WAY PAST her morning anytime, Kiri was wonderful: she just sat there, listened, and chewed on her hand.

Now, after the baptism (more pix to come; we, obviously, couldn't take pictures while holding her), it was time for a nap. She decided she did NOT want to sleep, which led to a crying meltdown.

Kiri Jane Fellenbaum - Week 21 and 22

Sorry for the delay in posting, everyone...it's been a VERY busy couple of weeks!

Hey.                                                           Hey.

I have a chewy baseball.

This is mine.

Sarah and Kiri visited Memere in Chattanooga, and went to a restaurant:

Kiri, Mommy, Daddy and Memere went to the Greek Festival at St. George Greek Orthodox Church on Saturday September 24th:

Here we go!

We're all happy about
getting some Greek food :-)

So many things to buy, and EAT!

On September 25th, Kiri attended her first UT Symphony Orchestra concert. She did REALLY well, and enjoyed her first Mahler: Symphony No. 1.

I have a pretty concert dress.

I'm off to the Symphony!

(that Mahler sure can be noisy)

Last weekend, we all went to the Biltmore House, and took a walk through the beautiful grounds:

Later that evening, we had dinner at a place called Neo:

We've been shooting a couple videos with our iPhones. The first one, below, is Kiri's encounter with our bunny, Tigger:

Normally, we wouldn't video the back of Kiri's head, but lately, whenever we put a camera in front of her, she stops EVERYTHING she's doing and just stares. She started making this new sound, recently, and we've called it her "Pterodactyl Sounds:"
