Kiri Jane Fellenbaum - Week 14

The Fellenbaum Family

This week, Kiri had her FIRST PHOTO SHOOT!!

This is taking too long...

We had a fun time and, of course, Kiri was all smiles BEFORE and AFTER the photo shoot. But, as you can see, we got a couple of her smiling!

It was hard work for Kiri, as you can see, afterwards:

Also, Sarah's outfit was the second one of the day; her first one almost made it out the door:

Kiri didn't think much of the shirt.

Another big item this week: Kiri is grabbing toys and bringing them to her mouth to chew on. Her favorite is Bunny:

She's also getting VERY vocal with both of us...it's just SO adorable:

And, she's also starting to roll over!

Kiri visited her Memere this weekend, and they went to a Farmer's Market:

Later in the week, Kiri got a visit from her Grandpa Chumney:

Overall, a very big and busy week for Kiri!!

Kiri Jane Fellenbaum - Week 13

On Tuesday, August 9th, our baby Kiri will be THREE months old!!

Really? Three months old?!?

Yeah...I knew that...

Kiri had a fun week:

She especially enjoyed her play gym...she had many thoughts and feelings about it on this particular day:

She's doing really well with holding her head up high:

I hope I'm getting somewhere!

She took a trip with mommy, daddy and Memere to Crown and Goose restaurant:

Uuhgh...sooo full...

That was tiring day:

Later that week, she started sitting up well enough for us to try her in our Bumbo seat (thanks, Becky Henry and the UTSO!!!):

Kiri Jane Fellenbaum - Week 12

Another fun week for Kiri and her parents!

First, on Tuesday, Kiri visited UT:

She met lots of people and had a fun time. Then it was off to the KSO offices for a visit with Stephanie Burdette:

I like you...you seem like a mommy...

She really enjoyed all of the visits and being held by lots of people (although she SLEPT most of her trip to KSO)!

And, a BIG thank you to Rachel Ford...her babies have outgrown a cute exersaucer, so she's given it to us! We can't wait to use it...in...a month or two :-)

This week, in particular, she started to hold her head up a LOT, and really high, too! Here are a few pics:

On Thursday, Kiri and Sarah went to St. John's and had lunch with Ric Sidey and Carolyn Ellis. Then, Kiri got to play with Carolyn while Sarah and Ric rehearsed. Speaking of St. John's, another thank you: Kiri got some adorable jammies from Perry and Tracy Ward:

Kiri also took a trip to Chattanooga to visit Memere, while Jimmy painted and floored our office...it's the last room that needed serious work.

Traveling is exhausting...

Nice color, don't you think? A big thank you to Katy Gawne for giving us the paint! She had four cans of this color, but she didn't need it. So, she gave it to us, and it looks really beautiful in that room, and alongside the new wood flooring!

Well, back to feeding and growing for another week.
