Kiri Jane Fellenbaum - Week 5

Well, a big week for Kiri and her family :-)

Boy, what a week...
First: Kiri got her social security card in the mail. Yay! Now she can retire! Well, let's not get ahead of ourselves...

Next, Kiri had a big outing to Rush's Music, as you can see below:

Kiri also went with Jimmy to a lasagna dinner at Sean and Missy Greene's house.

Sean's hand is as big as Kiri's whole back! :-)

"I used to have two of these...except they were boys."

I like you...you must be a mommy, too...
Another visit from Sally Chumney...Kiri really does love her Memere! Sally visited with her friend, Nancy Hollingsworth. Actually, we had such a good time that we didn't bother to take pictures of any of us, or any of our outings! Well, excepts for one, when we visited West Town Mall:

At the Body Shoppe, getting beautiful!

We also went to Market Square, Crown and Goose restaurant, around UT, and many other places.

On Sunday, June 12th, Kiri went to her FIRST, LIVE recital! All three of us went to a piano recital of Emi Kagawa (middle, in black, below) at the American Piano Gallery.

She enjoyed the recital; that is to say, she slept through most of it, peacefully. That's a good thing! In fact, if people weren't clapping so much, she would have slept right through! The recital, by the way, was fabulous...I hope Knoxville audiences get to see more of Emi. She's a friend of Sam Chen, so we hope we'll be seeing her around town more. So, Kiri had a cute, Sunday recital dress:

Yay! I'm going to a recital!!
So, it was a pretty busy week....we're pretty tuckered out...

Love,

Jim and Sarah

  1. Love these pictures and all the cute little dresses. Sorry I missed my chance to see her (and hold her) at the recital. I was planning to attend, but had some last minute complications. Glad to see she is getting into music (at Rush's and at Emi's recital) early on!
