Well, another big week for Kiri...quite literally:

Dun-Dun-Dun-Dun-Dun-Dun...
|
Well, that's not a flattering picture of Kiri, all frumped over. And where did that timpani sound come from? Her tummy?!?!?
But, it does help illustrate the first bit of good news. We had a one-month checkup at the doctor this week, and Kiri has gone from six pounds twelve ounces at birth to NINE lbs. FIFTEEN oz. What a TUB!
Just kidding...she is doing REALLY well, is healthy and, obviously, not missing any meals! :-)
Here she is at the doctor's office:

So, this also means she's big enough to fit into our baby carrier, which Jimmy has been waiting for. Here we see Kiri helping daddy with his audition excerpts:

| Use the third movement of Symphonic Metamorphosis for the flutes, daddy. |
Also, earlier in the week, we got a visit from Jennifer Barnett, as she and Jimmy had some KSO stuff to talk about. Little Kiri decided to give her a little bit of a smile:
Kiri's Memere came up for the weekend...

It was also Jimmy's FIRST Father's Day weekend!! :-D
Kiri got daddy a VERY nice card and a couple of presents (what a CUTE bib!). Here he is, the proud papa:
So, another big and fun week.
Love,
Jim and Sarah
